Campervan in Winter?

Yes we can! For a winter test, we went with the brother in law (his camper shown) up on the Swabian alb over Xmas for some hiking and winter camping!

Was cold at Night, so we hung out in his nicely heated cabin. But still easily doable and a great test for Hubi. Now we know what we need for cold camping. Spikes on the tires.

Don’t think we were this cold down in South America but it’s definitely doable and a checklist has been made!

Now we just wait for warm weather, got a million things I want to upgrade on Hubi, then away we go!
