What’s the first thing to do in Sweden? Make an IKEA joke, eat a Kanelbullar and then go to Norway!

Yes after our first night in Sweden we found a lovely tiny bakery where when I saw all the bullar they had, I said one of each and the nice lady understood. Too bad neither of us understood how to flush the toilet. Oh well, don’t let foreigners in your bakery.

After our lovely breakfast, we made our way to Norway. Oslo to be specific. Not that far really. First, a few lessons learned. This won’t be our first night sleeping at a ferry terminal, but probably our last. It’s quiet, insanely close to the city, but always some asshole parks like a dousche.
First and last stop, Oslo Humor Fest. The Oslo Opera House. Who watches opera?Some famous ugly church. A Viking one would be better. Although there was an Irish pub right across the way. Can’t go wrong with that. I’m 2/2 for Oslo and a pint of Guinness. We love taking train tours, and this is the first one that sucked. But it won’t stop us from taking more, they’re usually really good!The only thing we saw from the trainCongratulations Oslo, your national theater is fuglyHowever your Rathaus is no where near as ugly as stuttgart. Good job!Their university is one building. The royal palace! Looks a lot like the royal Lego block, but this is sweden!Lots of pub stops. Soooooo many Irish pubs in Oslo, that’s a good thing. This one has some Iron Maiden pinball. Being humored back at the humor fest. And then I got angry at the spot at the ferry terminal, so we went 5 minutes away from the center and found a great spot for the night in apparently a Spanish hell. I thought it was nice!
So as promised, a lot of pictures. And as requested, some mustache pix, probably more to come! We’re going back to Sweden, with adventure right around the corner. Stay tuned!
