It’s been a long time…

Been a very long time since we’ve gone out on the road and of course, there’s 3 of us now.

First need to brag about some ideas. Hubi is absolutely ideal for two people. Nothing out there could be better for two people. Two people. Hubi has no chance for 3 people. But until someone spots me 60.000€ for a brand new camper or even 30k for a used one, we have to make the best of what we have.

First great idea goes to Michelle for ideaing to turn my closet into the baby bed. Actually works really well

The next was a long trial and error process, till I made a “seat” for holding the isofix Station.

I’ll post later a picture of it in action.

Now everything else is just making it all work.

So after a few test camps, we’re gonna just go do it. Everything is the same just less space and it all takes longer, instead of 2 people packing it’s one holding a baby and one half packing. It works just fine, just gotta allot the time.

We are blessed that Danijel has allowed us to visit him in Croatia, so we have a goal and really no set time. Actually we have 5-6 days to drive there which helps making things more relaxed.

Driving seems to work too. We have no set plan but we can do 150-200km a day, sure we could do a lot more if we did autobahn and pushed it, but we are relaxed.

We do 60-90 minutes, make a pause, then it gets random if we do 15 more minutes or 60. Anything is possible. But we have no rush.

So we finished a day. We are somewhere random, but it feels good and we are all happy. Looking forward to what the next days bring!
